Requirements for hotel reservation
1. With regard to all confirmed reservations, the hotel will not guarantee the rooms unless it has received the guarantee deposits or credit card guarantee.
2. During the check-in time, the customers should present the confirmation with their names, dates of check-in and room types to front desk for check-in. The hotel will not be responsible for any mistakes thus occur.
3. The hotel charge is calculated by one room per night and the room is suitable for one or two persons to live in.
4. The check-in time will be 12:00 hours in the afternoon and the check-out time will be no later than 12:00 hours at noon.
5. No extra charges will happen to children below the age of 12 who live with their parents.
Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
